Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance on the facility and various industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to minimize production downtime.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, ensuring high standards of work.
- Install new equipment and modify existing layouts with expertise in electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.
- Perform occasional construction tasks including minor remodeling, and commercial painting projects including surface preparation, priming, and applying paint coatings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Skilled in painting and construction tasks.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic tools, and specialized equipment.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to identify potential solutions and approaches to problems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting preferred.
