Job Summary

As a Traffic Control Specialist with Area Wide Protective (AWP), you will play a critical role in safeguarding people, businesses, and time by delivering comprehensive traffic management services. Our team supports utility, broadband, and infrastructure work in communities across the country, providing consultation and traffic design services, as well as traffic control equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform flagging services associated with the protection of our partners in the work zone
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly and move/travel long distances within work zones
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to understand specific needs in the work zone
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
Excellent attendance and dependable transportation required
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Valid driver's license required
ATSSA Flagger Certification preferred but not required

Requirements

Valid ID Driver's License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines
Must be able to read and write English
Good Communication skills
