Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of Agile development and full lifecycle support for modernized and legacy systems & applications.
  • Manage a team of technical experts and subcontractors to execute the contract.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications.
  • Knowledge of Coast Guard IT systems and applications preferred.
  • Experience with managing large government contracts preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
