Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Work closely with store associates to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and stores.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer service background, with experience working in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for learning about new products and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
