Destination Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Destination Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Marriott International Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Sales Office to identify and pursue new group business opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert knowledge on local destinations, attractions, and events
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, including ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
- Average salary range: $31.73 - $40.38 per hour
