- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- 4+ years of experience in client management or a related field.
- Valid P&C brokers' license.
- College degree preferred.
- Industry-specific designations preferred.
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
At Risk Strategies, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000 - $110,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
