Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of quotations and orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineers to coordinate activities and enhance customer interactions.
  • Support the innovation of customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in vehicle systems software or hardware development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers and the CAN protocol.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C#/C++ and experience with various compilers and debuggers.
  • Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or .NET is advantageous.
  • Understanding of software design principles and distributed embedded computer architectures.
  • Knowledge of automotive networking standards, including CAN, CAN FD, J1939, LIN, MOST, Ethernet, FlexRay, and AUTOSAR.
  • Familiarity with Vector tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CAPL, vTESTstudio, and VT System is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electronic circuits related to automotive ECU design.
  • Knowledge of testing systems and procedures, including MIL, SIL, and HIL.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • A positive attitude towards work, customers, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily local.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
