Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator - Med Surg

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care in our Belmont, Massachusetts location.

This ongoing position offers a great opportunity for those who value making a difference in the lives of others. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work 32 hours per week, with evening shifts of 8 hours.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver population-specific care.
  • Create and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, self, and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Bachelor degree in nursing preferred.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The competitive salary range for this role is $83,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
