The President position is pivotal in steering CK Supply's senior management team, collaborating closely to mentor and facilitate initiatives aimed at fulfilling corporate objectives aligned with our long-term vision. The President will play a crucial role in realizing this vision.


This recruitment is part of a structured succession strategy established by the Board of Directors. The selected candidate will work alongside the outgoing president during a transitional period, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities. A comprehensive onboarding process will provide insights into our culture, operations, and procedures before assuming direct management duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The effectiveness of this role hinges on fostering results through engagement with leadership and staff. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Upholding CK Core Values through actions and communication.
  • Collaborating with the CEO/Visionary to translate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Leading, Coaching, Mentoring, and Supporting the leadership team and all employee owners.
  • Implementing the corporate business strategy by managing daily operations for timely execution.
  • Overseeing comprehensive corporate financial P&L responsibilities.
  • Making decisions aligned with the corporate mission, vision, and values while ensuring sound governance.
  • Evaluating market trends and formulating strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Facilitating weekly management meetings to ensure alignment among the leadership team.
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with vendors, customers, and the business community.
  • Identifying market opportunities and challenges to position the company for success.
  • Addressing complex issues proactively to prevent disruptions.
  • Delivering internal and external presentations at various meetings and events.
  • Collaborating with the CEO/Visionary to prepare Board of Directors communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional individual capable of understanding and nurturing our culture and values.
  • Unwavering integrity and moral principles.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, effective listening, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a servant leadership approach.
  • 10+ years of experience with P&L responsibilities and a successful leadership track record in a relevant industry.
  • Experience in family-owned or employee-owned businesses is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Traction EOS is a plus.
  • Ability to cultivate strong organizational cultures that attract and develop talent.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Full-time position based at headquarters with minimal travel required.
