Job SummaryWe are seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in its mission to provide high-quality reproductive health care and education to our patients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong background in fundraising and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Fiscal management and oversight of our annual budget of over $23 million
- Leadership and supervision of our staff of over 150 professionals
- Risk management and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of care
- Public, community, and media relations to promote our mission and values
- Strategic planning to drive growth and innovation in our services
- Board relations and development to build a strong and supportive governance structure
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing an organization of similar size and complexity
- Proven track record of fundraising success, with a focus on major gifts solicitation
- Experience in health care or public health, with a strong understanding of the local and national health care environment
- Ability to articulate a compelling vision and to keep people focused during challenging times
- Experience working in a diverse work environment, with a commitment to equity and inclusion
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in management, community/public health, education, or social welfare services
- Experience in strategic planning and development, with a focus on driving growth and innovation
- Competitive salary range of $340,000 - $360,000, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, vacation, group health, vision, and dental, as well as a 403(b) plan
