Versatile Roles: All team members are cross-trained and expected to perform various functions during their shifts. Guest Interaction: Your primary focus will be to ensure every guest leaves with a smile by executing your responsibilities to the best of your ability. Greet every guest warmly as they enter. Build lasting relationships by understanding their needs and treating each guest as if they are the first of the day. Food Service Responsibilities: Each Team Member contributes to delivering an outstanding food service experience. Whether preparing, selling, or assisting guests in finding food items, we all share the responsibility for quality, safety, and efficiency in our food service operations. Problem-Solving Skills: Understand the needs of your colleagues and guests, taking initiative to find solutions. Resolve guest issues effectively, ensuring they want to return. Identify and communicate new and improved methods of operation. Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a pristine environment for our guests throughout all areas. Uphold brand standards by ensuring we are Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than our competitors. Cash Handling: Be proactive and responsive to the needs of guests and the store by managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities may include operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and executing marketing promotions in our fast-paced environment. Host/Hostess Duties: Create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive by personalizing their experiences. Participate in the Made to Order program, acting as a liaison between guests and the kitchen. Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing the guest experience by providing food and drink samples while informing them about current offerings and promotions. Success in this role means understanding guest needs, taking action to find solutions, and ensuring guests leave satisfied. Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook: Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and maintain kitchen equipment. Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas. Follow brand standards to maintain recipe integrity and deliver a consistent and Fresh All Day food offering. Oversee all kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management. Barista Responsibilities: Learn to craft beverages using top-quality Swiss machinery, brewing specially selected beans from farmers worldwide to create a unique food and beverage experience that distinguishes us from competitors. We will provide comprehensive training. Collect payments, ensure accurate change, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
  • Accountable and reliable
  • Punctuality is essential
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in convenience stores, retail, food service, or customer service is advantageous
