Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Scopeair, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with the opening and closing of various deposit accounts.
  • Renewing certificate of deposit accounts and processing loan transactions.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding account management and bank services.
  • Cross-selling additional services while performing necessary clerical tasks.
  • Handling miscellaneous customer requests, including stop payments and check orders.
  • Reviewing and assisting clients with basic lending applications, including personal and consumer loans.
  • Processing wire transfers within your designated authority.
  • Managing Visa credit applications and Checkline applications.
  • Providing support or referrals for any customer issues that arise.
  • Responding to inquiries and transaction requests received via phone, mail, and online platforms.
  • Assisting Branch Management with daily operational tasks, including data gathering and report generation.
  • Processing teller transactions as necessary.
  • Maintaining compliance with bank policies and risk management protocols.
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality service in line with our Service Excellence standards.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years of teller experience is preferred, along with a thorough understanding of Scopeair's guidelines and procedures.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment to full-time hours, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to maintain eligibility for full-time status.
