Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries with the aim of scheduling service appointments
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers for rescheduling and updates
  • Maintain effective communication with Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service Professionals to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate the dispatch of service professionals to customer locations
  • Manage cash and payment transactions
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Administer customer invoicing
Job Requirements:

In this role, you will perform various office and clerical tasks to ensure efficient processing of internal paperwork, timely response to phone calls, effective communication with customers, and proper dispatching of service professionals.

Desired Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent education (GED) along with at least one year of relevant work experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
