Job Title: Insurance Account Manager - Client Success Specialist

Overview:

The Jonus Group is seeking a seasoned Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handling incoming service requests from clients, promptly addressing their inquiries or concerns.
  • Managing the quoting process for new and renewal business, providing solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Preparing comprehensive insurance submissions to carriers on behalf of clients or prospects.
  • Reviewing and analyzing quotations received from carriers to identify suitable options for clients' insurance needs.
  • Creating professional insurance proposals for presentation to clients.
  • Developing concise summaries for existing clients to ensure they understand their insurance coverage.
  • Reviewing endorsements to verify accuracy and compliance with clients' insurance requirements.
  • Coordinating loss runs as needed for client accounts.
  • Assisting clients during premium audits and handling disputes if necessary.
  • Preparing certificates of insurance as required by clients.
  • Performing thorough contract reviews to identify insurance requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Preparing timely binders and invoices upon binding of coverage, including securing premium financing when needed.
  • Verifying policy accuracy before delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicating with clients, carriers, and team members.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Highly preferred Agency Management System experience: AMS360.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Previous commercial lines account management experience.
  • Holds at least one professional designation or has comparable job experience.
  • Above-average computer skills, capable of mastering essential software programs.
