The Fast Track Manager role at Crew Carwash is designed to set you up for immediate success. You will acquire the skills necessary to manage a multi-million dollar operation, optimize profitability, and lead a team of dedicated professionals, all while enjoying the process.

Program Expectations:

  • We seek enthusiastic individuals who are focused on their career growth.
  • You will be assigned to a car wash location where your training will commence.

Throughout your first year, you will engage in various aspects of our operations. Your progress will be assessed to gauge your proficiency, with successful completion leading to potential promotions and salary increases. On average, you can expect to be promoted to an Assistant Manager within a year, depending on your initiative and capabilities.
