As an ABA Mid-Level Supervisor with our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality treatment to children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team in Anaheim. In this role, you will partner with families to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in school, home, and community settings. You will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow our supervision model. Your primary objective will be to advance the goals prioritized by families and BCBAs while contributing to the mission and purpose of Butterfly Effects.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Enrollment / Acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed).
  • 1+ years of ABA experience.
  • A valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access.
  • Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
