Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, where you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing effective interventions to improve their physical function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify areas of dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve muscle strength, range of motion, balance, and overall physical function.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree.
  • Current Physical Therapist License in California (or eligibility to obtain).
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
