Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field to develop their skills and expertise in therapeutic interventions and case management. With 1+ years of experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group and family therapy, you will be equipped to provide effective treatment plans for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and therapeutic approaches for high-risk youth. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based interventions and methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies, such as Probation Departments, Schools, and County Behavioral Health Services, to ensure seamless care coordination and achievement of client goals.
  • Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions, formulating diagnoses and completing clinical assessments and treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and merit increases. Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group and family therapy.
  • Licensure, registration, or certification in psychology or social work (PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT preferred).
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
