The estimated salary range for this role is $20-25 per hour, depending on experience, degree, certifications, and other factors. Additionally, we offer:

Job Description

This ABA Behavior Technician position plays a vital role in implementing individualized therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Client Support: Provide ABA therapy sessions in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan developed by BCBA and PS.
  2. Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations.
  3. Behavior Intervention: Implement strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (optional)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, as well as occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
