Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Sell products and services to customers, engage with them to understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HP products and services, and train retail store associates on product features and benefits.
  • Store Maintenance and Display: Ensure the sales floor and displays are clean, well-organized, and functional at all times.
  • Reporting and Insights: Accurately document and report sales data, and provide insights to Retail Operations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
