As a Senior Mechanical Designer at LEO A DALY, you will perform mechanical design tasks, preparing contract documents in support of architectural and engineering projects related to mechanical design for HVAC, piping systems, and controls work.

Responsibilities
  • Design and specify project-appropriate mechanical requirements
  • Perform Revit modeling and detailing
  • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions
  • Prepare drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality
  • Attend internal and client meetings, and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various stages of project development
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience, including large project experience
  • Proficiency with Revit MEP required and production experience preparing deliverable drawing sets with minimal supervision
  • Experience contributing to system sizing, equipment selection, calculations, and corresponding model updates
