Job Summary

Tolin Mechanical Systems Company is seeking an experienced Facility Engineer Level II to join our team in Washington DC. We are looking for a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

Job Functions and Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Mechanical: HVAC, plumbing, controls
  • Electrical: lighting, generators, primary switch gear
  • Hot water systems
  • Refrigeration
  • Hot water heaters
  • Pumps, valves, piping and filters
  • Variable Frequency Drives
  • Humidifiers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Well-rounded background as a Journeyman
  • Values and display exceptional customer service
  • Strong organization skills
  • 4+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity
