- Convey customer feedback to influence the development of new features and services for the AWS platform, proactively engaging within the organization to shape platform evolution.
- Function as a vital technical member of the Solutions Architecture team, influencing decision-makers across various domains to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform that align with long-term business objectives.
