- Assist with court preparations, including setting up mops, towels, water, and other essential items.
- Support coaches by rebounding during warm-ups and assisting with team strategies.
- Provide assistance to home and away benches during games, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for players and spectators.
- Maintain the court's safety and cleanliness, addressing any hazards or issues that may arise.
- Perform post-game duties, including locker room clean-up and other tasks as required.
- Embody the Smith Entertainment Group's mission and values, promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, and safety.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
- Available to work all home games.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new situations.
