About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Law Office Administrative Assistant to join our law firm's administrative team. This individual will provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and clients, including drafting correspondence, managing files, and processing bills.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff members via email, phone, or fax.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and calendars.
  • Perform various tasks, such as typing, photocopying, and scanning, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
  • Have approximately one to two years of experience in a law office setting, with real estate experience preferred but not required.
  • Be able to transcribe legal documents at 70 wpm and demonstrate attention to detail.
