We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Legal Operations Assistant to join our team at a leading law firm. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, handling a wide range of tasks related to real estate transactions, litigation, and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and other legal materials.
  • Screen phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
