- Process service requests, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors, and coworkers at all times.
- Maintain regular and detailed records of all issues related to facilities or equipment.
- Perform self-identified repairs, if required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven on-site customer service or sales representative experience in a restaurant or maintenance services setting.
- Must be well-versed with the products and services of the company.
- Knowledge in preparation of billing and estimates using Zoho Books is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Pass background checks.
