Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine site visits to identify factors that need improvement and implement opportunities for change to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct customer and market research to generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Process service requests, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors, and coworkers at all times.
  • Maintain regular and detailed records of all issues related to facilities or equipment.
  • Perform self-identified repairs, if required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven on-site customer service or sales representative experience in a restaurant or maintenance services setting.
  • Must be well-versed with the products and services of the company.
  • Knowledge in preparation of billing and estimates using Zoho Books is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Pass background checks.
