The Apple Services Engineering division is dedicated to developing innovative products and services that enhance the customer experience while supporting Apple's broader mission.

This team is responsible for a variety of offerings, including Apple Music, Podcasts, TV+, tvOS, App Store, iCloud, Business & Education, and advanced technologies such as Commerce, Search & Recommendations, among others.

Additionally, the team manages extensive cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust support for various teams and services across Apple, all while adhering to the company’s high-performance standards for global service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Services Manager who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a strong commitment to enhancing organizational efficiency.

In this capacity, you will oversee a team comprising Admin Leads, Admin Assistants, and Site Admins, operating across our global offices.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading a team of Administrators across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting employee development.
  • Providing high-level Executive Support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, overseeing budgets, and coordinating events.
  • Promoting the adoption of standardized administrative processes and assessing their impact throughout the organization.
  • Managing office logistics, including floor plans, supplies, and maintenance requests.
  • Facilitating effective communication across departments.
  • Building collaborative relationships with other administrative leaders to establish consistent standards and best practices.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with teams in Business Operations, Space Planning, Finance, and Facilities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive or director-level teams, preferably within a technical environment.
  • 5 years of direct experience in people management.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A curious, adaptable nature with a dedication to problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships across various functions and levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • A high degree of professionalism, with the ability to work independently on assignments and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in iCal, Keynote, Mail, eApproval, Quip, Box, Confluence, and other OSX-based office systems is advantageous.

Education:

A minimum of an AA/AS degree is required, while a BA/BS degree is preferred.


Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a specified range. This allows for growth and advancement as you develop in your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $125,400 and $188,000, with actual pay depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to participate in discretionary employee stock programs, including stock awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
