Commercial Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Permanent Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contract administration process, including negotiating and editing various types of contracts, partnering with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Negotiating and editing various types of contracts, including service, material, and equipment contracts
• Partnering with internal teams to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
• Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially viable
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field; demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation; proficiency in negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market data.
