Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Permanent Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review. This role requires strong negotiation and editing skills, as well as the ability to partner with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Managing the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review
• Partnering with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives
• Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
• Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially viable
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $ $$$85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market data.
