About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review.
  • Partner with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure contracts are financially beneficial.
  • Negotiate and edit service, material, and equipment contracts, master agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and information technology protection agreements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
  • Strong ability to partner with various teams and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
