Job Overview:

The Contracts Administrator will manage the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review. This role involves partnering with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the contract administration process, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.">
  • Negotiate and edit various contracts, master agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and information technology protection agreements.">
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure contracts are financially beneficial.">
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially viable.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in bidding, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.">
  • Strong ability to partner with various teams and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.">
  • Demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.">
