About the Role:

As a Personal Banker Team Lead at BankTalent HQ, you will be responsible for managing a team of relationship bankers and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your expertise in banking products and services, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of relationship bankers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

About You:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in banking or finance.
  • You have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • You have knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
  • You have leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
