Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Automotive Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales and management team, you'll be responsible for promoting all products and services offered by Car Care while adhering to our store standards and expectations.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including:

Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
- Listening to and documenting customer concerns, inspecting vehicles, and verifying service needs
- Recommending services based on your knowledge, clearly communicating any additional recommendations to the customer, and properly documenting all recommendations in their file
- Promoting the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements
- Providing accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and updating customers throughout the day on the status of their services
- FOLLOWING PROPER PROCEDURES WHEN CASHING OUT A CUSTOMER'S TICKET TO INCLUDE A REVIEW OF THE COMPLETED MULTI-POINT INSPECTION AND EXPLANATION OF APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
- Conducting post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers
- Tracking new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred but not required
- A professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
- A valid driver's license, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire date
- The ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
