Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at eCommerce Scaling Secrets, a community dedicated to helping intermediate-advanced ecommerce entrepreneurs and brand owners grow their revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Business Growth Manager is to provide expert assistance to clients, guiding them through our program and helping them scale their business. This includes identifying potential pain points before they become issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of 40-60 clients, offering support via Zoom calls and messaging, consistently touching base with clients throughout their journey, tracking communication in HubSpot, and assisting in the evolution of the client lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant customer service, support, and administrative experience
  • A client-first mentality with exceptional customer service delivery
  • Strong desire to build and maintain high-touch relationships with clients
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations
  • Strong ability to adapt and make ongoing adjustments
  • Willingness to be flexible with necessary duties in a rapidly expanding company
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
