- Develop and maintain a content calendar for each brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee digital tools related to user-generated content and review features, strategizing to enhance user experience.
- Serve as the primary resource for social media expertise, providing guidance to colleagues on effective channel strategies.
- Utilize social media monitoring tools to stay abreast of current trends and relay relevant insights to the organization.
- Work closely with the corporate communications team to design and promote integrated marketing campaigns, showcasing these initiatives at events.
- Launch and manage an employee advocacy program, empowering staff to act as brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate with product development, consumer insights, and marketing teams to incorporate community feedback into strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media for a brand.
- At least 2 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at analyzing data and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience in achieving cross-functional alignment and driving process improvements.
