  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee digital tools related to user-generated content and review features, strategizing to enhance user experience.
  • Serve as the primary resource for social media expertise, providing guidance to colleagues on effective channel strategies.
  • Utilize social media monitoring tools to stay abreast of current trends and relay relevant insights to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at analyzing data and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience in achieving cross-functional alignment and driving process improvements.
