  • Oversee digital tools related to user-generated content and review features, strategizing to enhance user experience.
  • Serve as the primary resource for social media expertise, providing guidance to colleagues on effective channel strategies.
  • Utilize social media monitoring tools to stay abreast of current trends and relay relevant insights to the organization.
  • Work closely with the corporate communications team to design and promote integrated marketing campaigns, showcasing these initiatives at events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media for a brand.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at analyzing data and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience in achieving cross-functional alignment and driving process improvements.
