Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Shipping Clerk to join our team at WellDyne. As a Pharmacy Shipping Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of prescriptions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and ship prescription orders for all three pharmacies in a timely manner.
  • Follow established shipping procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including stocking freezers with ice packs and ensuring adequate supplies of boxes and materials.
  • Responsible for receiving and signing for all deliveries, and ensuring that all shipments are properly labeled and tracked.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Logistics Manager to ensure seamless execution of shipping and receiving operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year minimum of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.
  • Ability to drive a handheld forklift.
  • Ability to work in a standing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily deadlines.
