About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Kuiper team at Amazon. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our satellite constellation, which will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product roadmap for our satellite constellation.
  • Own the monthly build meetings with senior leadership to ensure production budgets are aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate forecasts with stakeholder teams and develop build plans to communicate to all required stakeholders.
  • Work with finance and other teams to monitor equipment utilization and report CAPEX budget.
  • Own the end-to-end planning processes and workflows to direct build and manufacturing investment decisions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate work with manufacturing partners in the US and globally as required.
  • Measure and continuously improve key end-to-end supply chain performance indicators.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, product/program management, marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Excellent C-Suite written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10+ years of supply chain and planning experience, with 7+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Understanding and practical application of LEAN.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to define product roadmaps, oversee end-to-end product delivery, and manage product lifecycles.
  • Experience building and managing large-scale, successful projects.
  • Experience in both US and global operations.
  • Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture.
  • Master's degree.
  • APICS certified.
  • Ability to manage both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
