  • Assist customers in person or over the phone during the sales process, providing product knowledge and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our computer system.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including product catalogs, price sheets, and promotions.
  • Market all products sold and suggest replacement or alternative products when appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment in the counter and merchandising areas.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including stocking, labeling shelves, and restocking the showroom.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including training on the UPS shipment process.
  • Occasionally operate a forklift to assist in warehouse duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the tool, rental, and/or safety industry, or knowledge of tools, rental, or safety products.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule.
