As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and assisting with the operational functions associated with Credit and Debit/ATM cards. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in monitoring fraudulent activity and recommending services and procedures to reduce risk in the card portfolio.

Responsibilities:

* Process Credit/ATM/Debit card new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts, including verification of customer documentation
* Close and/or block cards upon request; daily review of card reports, including closing cards per the daily DDA and SAV close out reports
* Daily reconcilement of debit/credit card general ledgers
* Manage card phone and email support channels for customer and banking center inquiries
* Educate others on CardHub, EnFact Fraud alerts, Online Access and Fiserv Customer Support
* Handle instant issue debit cards properly and within the appropriate time frame established in the procedures
* Process fund balance transfers, credit card payoffs, close-outs and charge offs
* Aid cardholders with cases created in the Enfact fraud detection monitoring tool; properly update Case Management system to document and resolve cases
* Process fraud, disputes, compromised cards and credit balance transfers and follow up until process is complete
* Complete card and deposit account file maintenance, including address changes and travel alerts
* Review/verify maintenance completed by others as needed
* Check for compromised cards daily; if received compromised notice, send notification letters to customers, order new cards and block compromised cards
* Process daily card payments by posting to credit card system
* Complete any necessary functions for secured credit cards, including confirming collateral assignments are in place and UCC continuations, CAS record building and maintenance
* Ensure all card documentation is properly retained to Director
* Assist with gathering the proper information for monthly reports (new cards, charge offs, disputes)
* Help maintain customer records with the most current information; contribute to replacing other departmental positions as needed and assisting others in completing excess responsibilities

Requirements:

* High school diploma
* 3-5 years of banking experience, preferably Card functions
* Microsoft Office, Access software and various other software applications
* Basic knowledge of deposit procedures, products and operations
* Knowledge of Card rules and regulations
* Good telephone, oral and written communication skills
