Job Title: Regional Hospital Development Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Hospital Development Coordinator to join our team at LifeNet Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key hospital clients and LifeNet Health staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize organ and tissue donation in each region.
  • Participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility for the overall success of the team in achieving departmental goals.
  • Work independently or in collaboration with other Regional Hospital Development Coordinators to educate hospital personnel and conduct rounds at hospitals to increase organ and tissue donation.
  • Assist hospitals in process improvement through continuous development and refinement of policies and procedures that maximize organ and tissue donation.
  • Complete hospital reports and other internal LifeNet Health forms in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Participate in all LifeNet Health internal conference calls and other applicable meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Related Field.
  • 3 years' experience working with hospitals and a good understanding of hospital state and federal regulations and policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Related.
  • Relevant work experience in an OPO, transplant center, or healthcare sales.
