Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities for the Trauma Service, including ongoing reviews and focused studies.
  • Manage data entry into the trauma registry and develop reports based on queries from the database.
  • Assist in guiding outreach, injury prevention, and educational activities based on trauma center data.
  • Work closely with the Trauma PI Manager, Trauma Program Director, and Trauma Medical Director to ensure effective data flow.
Requirements:
  • Current Virginia license to practice nursing required.
  • BSN or Bachelor's in related field preferred.
  • Trauma (TCRN), Emergency (CEN) or Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting, trauma center experience preferred.
