POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Client Relations Coordinator ("CRC") plays a crucial role in liaising with clients, processing and entering orders, and engaging in various tasks to foster exceptional client relationships that support Sales, Production, and Distribution functions.
The CRC possesses a foundational understanding of production processes and collaborates with manufacturing personnel to ensure timely client deliveries.The CRC should demonstrate self-motivation, possess outstanding communication abilities, and be adaptable to shifting priorities throughout the day to support the company's robust growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive customer orders directly from clients or sales personnel.
Timely placement and modification of orders for materials and supplies required for production.
Engage with clients regarding inquiries such as order status, estimates, modifications, confirmations, and address any complaints or questions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and ensure prompt action as required.Process purchase orders, manage account credits, and maintain accurate client data.
Monitor, track, and adjust order timelines based on production schedules and client requests.
Provide sales personnel with updates on orders and communicate any potential production delays.
Collaborate with production teams and utilize CRM/ERP systems to achieve timely client deliveries.
Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting is preferred.
Proficiency in computer data entry.
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is advantageous.
Entry-level to five (5) years of experience in client relations is acceptable.

WORK HOURS & BENEFITS:
Standard workweek is Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - overtime as required)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Predominantly sitting, talking, hearing, and vision are required 90% of the time. Standing and walking are necessary less than 5% of the time.
Feeling is required 75% of the time, while pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching are required less than 10% of the time.
Minimal lifting (10 pounds or less) is required about 5% of the time, while moderate lifting and carrying (20 to 50 pounds) are required less than 5% of the time.
