Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our on-site support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, performing diagnostic checks, repairs, and maintenance work on copier equipment, and managing workflows to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide top-notch support during field visits or dispatches, ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues.
  • Work Scheduling: Effectively tie workflow to schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, adhering to company procedures.
  • Error Diagnosis: Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Service Reporting: Produce timely and detailed service reports, maintaining accurate records of service and installation actions.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% domestic travel may be required.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
