Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, operating, repairing, and running tests on various equipment in the field. This includes mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair, as well as analyzing performance reports and documentation from customers to determine the nature and scope of problems.

You will also coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs, provide phone and on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment, and analyze reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes.

Additionally, you will develop and conduct training on the safe operations of equipment and demonstrate skills to operators and maintenance staff.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, with some stays lasting up to 3-4 months at a time
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
