Carmel Maintenance, LLC seeks a motivated individual to fill the role of Building Maintenance Professional. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring the upkeep of our properties.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $51,376, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and community features.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks within HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair areas.
  • Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and supporting new move-ins.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a maintenance setting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety guidelines and procedural documents.
  • Familiarity with the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
