Position Overview:

Schneider is on the lookout for a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on creating sophisticated analytical solutions that assess, measure, and enhance essential business operations centered around revenue management. The successful candidate will offer strategic insights to the engineering team to further develop data science models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and analyze the performance of data science models applied within business operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis.
  • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Execute intricate revenue management analyses.
  • Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint technological and procedural inefficiencies.
  • Design advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical instruments.
  • Support recommendations regarding data storage frameworks, data mining, and data cleansing to enhance revenue management analytics.
  • Maintain dashboards to narrate and visualize Schneider's insights on the current and future market landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, data science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of four years of pertinent experience.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, including Proforma and P&L Analysis.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Able to comprehend and articulate complex concepts related to revenue management solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, JSON, XML, Oracle Dashboards, Tableau, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access.
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced analytical methodologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and applied statistics.
