Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, architecture, and engineering, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from budgeting to implementation, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Procure construction bids, select contractors, and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure they meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong knowledge of NYS codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
