About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to software-related issues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and third parties to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Ticket Management: Track and document all activity related to each issue, ensuring that progress is accurately recorded and updates are provided in a timely manner.
  • Escalation Procedures: Follow established protocols to engage secondary support when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously develop extensive knowledge of supported products, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
  • User Training: Occasionally provide training to end-users on filing processes, enhancing their understanding and utilization of supported software.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts (12pm-9pm).
  • Education: High school diploma or some college coursework.
  • Experience: 2+ years of real helpdesk experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the legal field and strong Windows background.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a close team environment.
  • Hardware Requirements: Strong typing skills (60+ wpm) and experience working remotely in a technical role.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
