Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the event coordination team to create customized menus that cater to specific events or client requirements.
  • Supervise and engage in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes specifically designed for large-scale gatherings.
  • Guarantee the consistency and excellence of every dish served during events.
  • Maintain financial efficiency by managing costs and minimizing waste, overseeing ingredient inventory, and procuring supplies effectively.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a culinary degree or diploma from an accredited culinary institution.
  • Extensive experience in the culinary field, particularly in banquet or large-scale event catering.
  • Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and culinary procedures.
